OzShut Roller Shutters

Very high quality workmanship. The team at Oz shut have installed 8 shutters on 2 occasions. Both time we could not complain of the service, actually we highly rated the quality which made my dad get a heap of shutters.They have kept the house so quiet and cool which has reduced our electricity bill. Our son has a condition that doesn’t allow him to regulate his body temperature and this has literally been a life saver for him.I am also a shift worker so this has helped me sleep during to day as the rooms are nice and dark.The electrical company that installed the electrical side of the shutter were again extremely professional and quick.Can not fault any part of the process either.Very happy to do business with them.

After being harassed for many years, I finally give in and said yes. Got a sales pitch, this price is only for today, possibly to stop you from reaching out to other companies for quotes?Not much difference in noise or heat reduction, it is great for privacy, and security hence the 2 stars.After installation I noticed two large holes to accommodate small straps I understand the reason but I've seen 60 year old homes with better installation (seriously looks like a 5 year old child has come to work with their dad and assisted) I've been in contact via email back in October 22 and still waiting for some sort of response to have someone fix the issues, I was given the option to pay extra and add electric motors on 2 small shutters, I declined and opted for metal plates - maybe that's why I'm still waiting?I live in a semi rural area so chances of pests making their way in has increased more now with the shutters, strange!!Don't fall for the win $10

Best service bar none.I contacted OzShut on a Monday morning to get a quote for 2 new electric roller shutters. A representative contacted me and we made an appointment to meet Tuesday the same week. I accepted his quote on the Tuesday and by Friday both roller shutters had been installed.I give this company my highest recommendation and I have to give them a 5 star rating. The process was simple and quick with no nonsense.A very professional and trustworthy company.

Explained all the benefits of roller shutters such as insulation and security really well. The installation was quick and efficient. I have been really impressed since I got them. They really kept the house cooler in summer and warmer in winter. Being a shift worker they have seriously helped with my sleeping by keeping my room dark and insulating against any noise during the day.

We are happy we decided to install OZ shutters as now we have piece of mind when we leave the house. Also the noise reduction from Reid Hwy is a great. It was easy and Hassel free with the help from Marc and was installed within the week.

The whole process was a good experience. I was kept informed of the installation date, which was postponed a week or so. The installation itself went smoothly and I was notified of the need to wind the shutter up and down on a daily basis for 6 weeks, to have it operating properly. Most importantly, the shutter has given us more privacy and protection and helped keep the morning sun at bay, which can be a challenge in summer months!

I had an excellent experience with OzShut Roller Shutters. I had them installed for security being single initially however the benefit of also privacy (being able to half shut or whatever I need) and retaining the coolness indoors during summer exceeded my expectations. Saved me money with air conditioning as the home was so cool. It was a seamless experience of which the customer service was excellent and they were able to colour match what I wanted. They had an array of colours to choose and I found the service non pushy and was given options with payment to suit my budget. The pricing was very fair and good quality shutters. Install was seamless and clean and tidy and at every point I have been delighted with them. They have added value to my home an ascetically pleasing. I would certainly recommend this company to my friends. I am more than happy to give this review. Thank you.
