After having consults with several builders decided to go with Sertorio homes for my home extension in Currambine. They did not disappoint, Jake and his team were very professional, reasonably priced and provided excellent service. I added 2 bedrooms, a games room and 2 bathrooms. All was completed whilst we were living here with minimal delays. NO PRICE RISES THROUGHOUT. I have heard many stories of poor building timelines and price rises over the last year and I am so happy to have used Sertorio Homes a quality build with proffessional and excellent contractors. Even excelled with following up minor maintenance tasks at the end. Cannot fault there service and have already recommended them to several friends who are considering building. We were able to remain living in the original house - with two children and two dogs - during the build, and all trades made a conscious effort to minimise disruption. Right from the start we felt confident we had chosen the right company to do our renovations Bruce was amazing he knew what we wanted. As we have no experience in the building trade we were very apprehensive about doing an extension to our house, but felt at ease when we went to the office to view plans and discuss the process.Bruce said how long things would take, he always made sure things were done when they were supposed to be done. All the crew were respectful of us staying in the property while the work went on, they even made temporary barriers for the dog to stay in the back yard. Any issues that unexpectedly popped up during the build were dealt with promptly.Thank you to all the tradies who were involved in our extension. Quality affordable build and on time too.I cannot recommend Sertorio Homes highly enough. Very professional from the first consultation right to hand over. Bruce, Jake and their team, made sure that every stage was scheduled, correctly, showing that they have the experience and expertise to overcome any issues that come up, quickly and without any hassle. Jake was my building manager for my project. Jake and his whole team were responsive and professional.For context my house has gone from a 3x1 to a 4x2 with extensive floor plan changes including a relocation of kitchen and laundry as well. From the beginning of the process Scott was helpful and respectful during the quoting and planing process with the ability to manage expectations of what a build like this would be like. All the trades that have been used through out the process have been in partnership with Sertorio Homes and it shows, as they are respectful to my home and the company that they represent. Jake and the team at Sertorio Homes supied a quality build. They listened to what we wanted right from the start. Their price was competitive, without any major price hikes (even through the construction boom - with material increases and major supply issues). All tradesmen used were all high class very experienced tradesmen. Jake was always very responsive throughout the build, and happy to deal with any concerns or issues that came about. Sertorio Homes designed and constructed our recent home extension. This included an extension to existing Games room, new Gym, extra bedroom and ensuite and an upstairs dedicated music room.Throughout the entire process Bruce was easy to deal with. The extension was done to a high standard. All the tradies working on our home were respectful of the fact that our family of 5 remained living in the house during the whole build.We are very happy with the end result and our choice of builder.
