I purchased an under-rug heating system, custom made to my required dimensions. I had good communication with Omid who ensured that I got exactly what I wanted. It was delivered by courier 2 days after I paid for it. Product is good in that it does exactly what I want it to do - keep the room warm without any hot spots or the feel of fans blowing warm air across the room. We have underfloor heating in a number of rooms. In the other rooms we had heating cables are cast into the concrete when the house was built, the under-rug heater feels exactly the same. It makes the room feel like a warm spring day even in the middle of winter.
